Grilled Halloumi dressed with chilli, lemon and olive oil, with organic tomatoes.

Chicken, porcini mushroom and pea risotto topped with a whole poached egg yolk (you have to start poaching egg yolks, they are heaven!).

2 words- chocolate brownies.

Mixed pepper, mushroom and tomato brushetta with Ferrouj Meshwi (you were right!) salad and parmesan
